Ingredients
- Organic herb salad mix. However, any salad mix will work, except for the lettuce mix.
- Campari tomatoes.
- Organic radishes of many colors.
- Persian cucumbers.
- Green onions. This is optional depending on your taste preference.
- Lemon.
- Hard-boiled eggs.
- Skip jack tuna in water with sea salt.
- Jumbo pitted Greek kalamata olives.
- Olive oil.
- Portuguese Flor de Sal. If unavailable, then can do your choice of Mediterranean Sea salt.
- Anchovy fillets in olive oil. This is optional depending on your taste preference.
Cooking Instructions
Makes 1 serving.
- Wash 1/2 of the bag of the greens.
- Cut 2 Persian cucumbers into half circles.
- Cut 4 tomatoes into quarters.
- Cut 4 radishes into thin circular slices.
- Chop up 1 green onion.
- Add 5 Kalamata olives.
- Add 1 entire can of skipjack tuna.
- Add 4 anchovy filets.
- Squeeze a quarter of a lemon.
- Add a splash or 2 of olive oil.
- Slice up 1 hard-boiled egg into circles.
- Finish off a desired amount of salt.
- Mix it up and enjoy!
